Collimation TV, Virtual Reality, SXSW Austin

I had the exciting opportunity to assist Collimation TV, a startup co-founded by renowned sound engineer Young Guru, who has worked with artists such as Will Smith, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, and served as Jay-Z's right-hand man. Collimation TV was expanding its capabilities by incorporating Unreal Engine into their Virtual Reality immersive experiences, which had previously been developed using Unity. I led the Unreal Engine development, focusing on creating different lighting options, set dressing, character animation driven by mocap, and unique animations. This groundbreaking work, aimed at revolutionizing live entertainment by offering performances in a VR space within the metaverse, was showcased at the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) convention in Austin, Texas.
